Board of Directors

The Westerlies Home Owners Association is a non-profit incorporated association whose sole purpose is "to promote and maintain" the quality of life in the Westerlies for the benefit of all who live here. The association is governed by a five-member Board of Directors that is elected by the home owners and is responsible for making important decisions on behalf of the owners.

Membership in the association is mandatory and the dues are used to support our shared amenities and expenses. For example, the landscaping and maintenance of common areas is done professionally and paid using these funds. Another example is providing the professional trained lifeguards that are on duty during all hours that our pool is open.

Monthly Board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of every month. All residents and owners are encouraged to attend. The success of the HOA depends on your participation!

The Westerlies Board of Directors consists of resident owners who volunteer their time to the Westerlies and are not paid for their efforts. If you are interested in becoming a board member or being more active in the community please contact one of the directors below.

If you have a comment, question, or wish to contact the Board of Directors, please send an email to board@thewesterlies.org.
